19/06/2011 SHINee World London!!

Hey guys I was one of the lucky people to win tickets from the Ellegirl Japan competition and thought I’d share my amazing, unbelievable, dream like experience with you!

I stared off my day by meeting up with my mates Tam & Teresa at St johns wood station and as soon as I saw them I knew this would be a day to remember ^^

We made our way to abbey roads studios and on the way we already heard screams and chants from fangirls which got us even more excited so we naturally started walking faster. As we did that a male Londoner who didn’t have a clue what was going on asked us who we came to see, when we told him we’d be seeing SHINee a Korean boyband he was in shock and kept repeating ‘Korean boyband’ with a confused face lol was one of the funnest things ever as we tried to convince him of SHINee’s amazing ness and how he should go Google them when he gets home (wooohoo promo)

Then carried on walking to the studio, as we came to the crossing we saw LOADS of fans who had been waiting of many hours which was a large shock as I didn’t think Kpop was THIS big in the UK! But it was also great to see so many fans, with such cute banners and posters, blasting kpop songs as they all danced. I thought I was attending a festival! ^^ We then got a spot near the front of the gates as we wanted to be one of the first to go in so we could be front row at the showcase.

(Fast forwards to when it was time to enter the gates to the studio because we had just to this point been waiting around, sing, chants and making drivers honk their horns for SHINee lol)

So me and Tam get to the gate and I showed my email I got from Ellegirl Japan (THANK YOU SOO MUCH ELLEGIRL JAPAN, I LOVE YOU!!) and entered. We was soo excited I was shaking and a lot of fellow Shawols were asking all different questions at the same time so it was really over whelming but I did hear a few people asking us to take in their presents to the boys which of course we were more then happy too. We then got told to stand outside the building, near the entrance and we just couldn’t stop smiling and hugging each other, we were so hyper, so happy and grateful. We then meet a couple of other competition winner Jenny, Jennifer and a couple of others whos names I can’t remember but it was really nice meeting you^_^ We then got interviewed by multiple press both Korean and Japanese, which were so nice and equally excited for us. We then meet the best Korean reporter ever lol no really he was so chill, good looking and Bi Rains friend!! YES FRIEND! He showed us his texts to Rain and asked us if we were fans of his. I was just in shock at the fact he knew Rain but Tam is a huge Rain fan and was demanding that he send him and text saying we said hi and to please do a concert in the UK! So Rain I hope you got our message ^^

We then finally got to go in and at this point we were beyond the point of excited, I was just shaking and kept tapping Tam (lol) they filmed us going inside and the man leading us was really scared we would just run him over like crazy fangirls and kept repeating, NO RUNNING, about the 7^th time he said that I just felt like laughing XD

As we entered the showcase hall, there were already a few Japanese fans there but way less them I thought (maybe 20 the most, I think) we then got a spot at the front AHHHH! We tried taking to the Japanese fans next to us, which was the cuties older lady (I think the girl we also talked to was her daughter) she was so sweet and telling us about the girl with hers towel. This towel was amazing, it was hand made with rhinestones and had multiple cute messages on it, one was SHINee World, she also had the official glow stick which looks so cool, I want one! ^_^

We then got settled and sorted out where to put our bags (we had a lot of fan presents as well as ours) after that we started talking to the nice English camera man who had been filming us outside for fuji TV. Half way through the convo he informed us that one of the members were sick ;_; which made us all really sad and wondering who it was and if he would perform! I can’t remember how long we waited but it seemed like forever but they did kindly play SHINee songs in the background =D

We then finally after what felt like forever saw the lights go down and the music turn off! They then played the boys intro video like the one they just uploaded on SMTOWN’s YT channel but longer) the whole room was filled with anticipation, we started to chant SHINee as the video count down was close to finishing. They then came out OMGAHHHHHHHHH I couldn’t help but start screaming & I couldn’t even see them very well at this point because the lights were low but we all saw a member was missing and as soon as the lights came on and Replay started playing I noticed it was Jonghyun ;_; he was the member that was ill and wasn’t performing! I tried to enjoy the performance as much as I could but the shock of them being a little 2 meters away from me and the fact that Jonghyun was ill was all so over whelming but as soon as I saw Taemin come forward and wink in our direction, I just lost it. I just couldn’t stop scream and cheering, OMAGHHHHHH Replay is UHamazing live! & Taemin is a dancing machine, I know a lot of people say he’s a good dance but you have to experience his dancing with your eyes coz he’s WOW just out of this world.

I’ve never seen anyone dance that well in my life, he hits every beat and his solo part niowfrwiojfioehjfei omo soooo frickin good ahhh! The dancing THE DANCING, SHINee are even more in sync when you see them with your own eyes (if that’s even possible) LOL

After Replay the boys introduced themselves in English, Japanese & Korean! Their English was sooo good but I could tell Taemin & Minho were a little more nervous then Onew and Key who spoke really clearly and well, while trying to read the monitor. Onew was the first to introduce himself and say something along the lines of ‘We are so excited to be here in jap japan?? England ENGLAND *HUGE GRIN* HA HA HA HA’, YES he actually did the laugh. I can’t believe I witnessed the Onew condition with my own eyes. He smile was sooo wide, I couldn’t even see his eyes omo he is soo cute!!

They then spoke Japanese & Korean which was being translated for us and at one point Onew was thanking us for our support and saying a lot more then that but that’s all the translator translated and Key who was obviously just as confused as us, as to why the guy only translated a little part said with the most sassiest and bitchiest voice I’ve ever heard him my life while rolling his eyes said ‘Oooookayyyyy’, which filled the room with laughter, seriously a highlight of my day!!

They then performed Juliette which was soooo cute, me and Tam couldn’t stop dancing and I saw key trying to catch a sneak peak our way a couple of times lol He must have thought we were crazy XD (this is where things just started to go REALLY fast lol we were tooo excited and hyper that I just remember calling Onews name when the performance ended and declaring my love to him) hahaha

They then performed the Japanese version of Hello, ahhhhhhhh this performance was TOOO CUTE TOO, as soon as it got to the chorus the boys start waving their arms back and forth to the beat and made us all join in. Seriously too cute, especially Onews smile, that boy was a walking rainbow, one look at that smile & you can’t help but smile! He was sooo happy during this performance, they all were, waving at the fans as if they really were saying hello to us hehe …..

Next song was…. RING DING DONG ahhhhhhh I frickin love this song so much and wow its so good live, I wish Jonghyun was there because his parts of the song are my favourite but boy did Taemin step up, he really stepped up throughout the whole showcase. His voice is really good, i really hope they let him showcase how much he’s improved and his confidence vocally is so much stronger. I was really blown away by him, so young yet so talented. Back to Ring ding dong, MINHO wow Minho was so sexy during RDD, I’ve never really focused too much on Minho before but seeing him live wow he looks like a male model, skinny, handsome and tall. I really found out why he’s called FLAMING CHRISMA MINHO, the confidence and the way he moves his body O.O omo I had to stop everything I was doing just to scream to Tam that he was soo frickin sexy and she obviously agreed. Ahah I then looked back up and Minho was staring right at me looking all cocky, giving me this sexy stare, it was only for a second but I just froze LOL (I think he heard me calling him sexy)….. oh & his voice is sexy~~ too! Minho is just a walking sex god. At one point i felt like I was at a photo shoot and everything was going slow motion that I could see the drips of sweat fall from his face! Wow he was just unreal. Who then comes and steal my attention …ONEW :D he was so cute trying so hard not to smile as he kept looking around at the crowd & saw us all singing along *soooo cute*

The next song was LUCIFER!!!

OMGAHHHHHHHHH we all went crazy, I think it was the song that got the best response apart from RDD (that got a lot of love too) but Lucifer was on another level. The beginning dance break was flawless~~ So many good dance steps, Taemin’s AHHHHHHH omg I can’t believe I saw Lucifer live. As I said before this boy can frickin dance, popping a locking on point, he was feeling the love from the crowd, yet he’s so serious when he dances!!^^

Key is such a good dancer too, he doesn’t get enough love for it, every move was so effortless and he just walked around the stage with the biggest smirk on his face, like he was the shit and man was he, he is toooo flawless! he was working it lol

Taemin sang most of Jonghyun parts and he’s really perfecting it, I think he’s so use to filling in for him now that he’s comfortable with singing the high notes. Half way through the performance I saw Onew’s amazing smile once again, that boy just couldn’t help it and I don’t blame him, I was smile like a goof too XD

After Lucifer they were all drenched in sweat and trying so hard to catch a breath (poor boys worked so hard) 5 songs and no breaks *crazy* so we starting chants ‘Take a break take a break’ & Onew looked in our direction and flashed that gorgeous smile again!

I thought i was going to die of happiness, his smile is so perfect, I just couldn’t stop staring at him!! They then drank some water and thanked us for coming and supporting them, they took a minute or two to catch their breath. Onew then stared talking in Korean and I heard Jonghyuns name a couple of times but my eyes got distracted by the guy on the right side next to the stage trying to sort out their mic stands, then a guy comes on stage trying to translate what Onew had just said which was something along the line of ‘Jonghyun unfortunately couldn’t perform today because he has not been feeling well and he was really upset that he couldn’t perform for us fans because he was really excited but he has insisted that he would like to perform the last song for us’. My head just move at the speed of light to the right side of the stage where the boys had previously come out from and who do I see come around the corner but JONGHYUN, I scream so loud and tapped Tam, she scream then everyone else scream! I still can’t been that he came and performed for us even though he was sick. :’) He looked extremely weak and ghostly but he then showed us he CUTE smile and let us now that everything was alright.

He spoke in Korean and I actually understood most of what he said. It was mostly him just apologizing for not being able to perform for us and how grateful he was for all our support *all the fans all around the world* and he kept apologizing in Korean so we (me & Tam) automatically just shouted out ‘NOOOOOOOO, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH’, in Korean and he looked at us and smile the sweetest smile ever! Which at that point made all the boys look in our direction lol (i think they were shocked we spoke in Korean) Awwwww he was sooo cute, I just wanted to give him a big hug!

Poor boy was apologizing even though he was sick ;_; we just had to tell him how grateful we were! He then introduced the next song which was………..

Replay unplugged version!!

The lights went down and the back curtain fell down to reveal an orchestra band. It was just breath taking, the music sounds soooo beautiful and then Taemin started to sing and I was frozen, I we literally hugging my balloon, I thought I was gonna cry. Everything was so perfect, Onew was just so close, right in front of me and I couldn’t take my eyes off him the whole performance! (ok I did look at Jonghyun a couple of times coz WOW his voice was amazing & he was sick, such a pro~) ……But i swear Onew was staring at me for a good minute NOT EVEN JOKING, my eyes don’t lie LOL he was staring right at me and I couldn’t do anything but stare back.

He probably thought who is this crazy fangirl looking like she’s going to cry LOL thinking back, I was swaying while hugging onto a balloon with hearts in my frickin eyes, staring with my mouth open. It suddenly hit me that SHINee was right in front of me and that I had seen them live at that very moment. Truthfully all the staring was to conform that they were real & not beautifully molded robots.

I just hope no cameras got that on film coz that would be so embarrassing ~_~ …….

Fast forward to the end of that brilliant performance, BEST one! They all walked to the front to thank us for coming, I then snapped out of my daze and declared my love to Onew one last time as they looked around the crown waving goodbye to us. I got eye contact with Taemin and waved goodbye to him and he smiled back and waved at me AHhhhhhhh he looked so cute this was the first time I had seen him smile that day) got eye contact from Key aswell and we waved goodbye, love key smile & his cheek bones are gorgeous. They then bowed and waved while leaving the stage but Onew was too busy flashing that gorgeous smile of his at everyone in the crowd and really taking a minute to absorb the experience that he got left behind on stage while everyone was walking off so he flashed another smile and thanked us. ^___^

After they walked around that corner, me and Tam were just frozen and really didn’t know what to do with ourselves lol we just looked at each other and hugged/squealed in excitement and jumped up and down on the spot. We then turned around to see if we could find someone from SM TOWN to give our presents to so they could pass it onto the boys, we did try to go to area where the boys had exited to try and see if we could give the presents personally but the guy standing there said no L

We then saw a bold headed guy that was going back a forth from that area so we approached him and asked if he could give it to them which he kindly agreed adding ‘Don’t worry I’m not going to steal it’ LOL we didn’t think he would but as Key say’s okayyyyyyyy~ hehe

We then tried to just hang around in the hall, we talked to the camera man again asking him if he had enjoyed the showcase in which he replied ‘yes they are really good, even though its not really my thing’ haha and asked us what we thought which by this point was so in shock at just how amazing the boys were that we just fangirled out right in front of him XD

We then got to told to exit the building and make sure to pick up our gifts at the front desk. So we made our way out while boosting about just how Hot they all looked and their voices, when a girl next to us giggled and asked us how we got tickets (by the way there where only like less then 50 fan and most of them had already left the building so we where surrounded by reporters and press people while we were leaving so we were surprised to see a fan pop up out of nowhere) I told her and she told us that she got her tickets because a family friend works with some in SM, lucky lucky girl!

As we exited we picked up our little gift which was a MP3 badge of Replay Japanese ver. It’s so cool, I’ve never seen anything like it! We then met up the Japanese reporters we had earlier spoken to just outside the building and got interviewed again. After being inside for so long i forget how large the crowd was, I was so amazing once again when I saw everyone at the top of the Abbey Roads building entrance!

GUYS SHINee must have been so proud of us, the whole street was filled, both sides of the road & you could see all the amazing banners & posters, I was in awe~~

We then exited the building and waited for the boys to come out so we could send them off!^^ ……. I remember seeing so many reporters exiting and building and setting up their camera which got everyone so excited, as soon as they exited, everyone went mental! I got push to the side, the moment the boys came out which actually helped me because thanks to that person I got the see Minho and he waved in our direction, he’s soooo handsome & half of key’s face lol They then walked to the other side and greeted everyone. They are so sweet, shouting out thank yous to the crowd and saying their intro which at that point made so many girls cry!

After that we met up with our friend and also found Bi Rains friend (the reporter) which we excited greeted and ask if he had sent our message to Rain but he said he couldn’t because it was around 6 our time so Rain would defo be sleeping then but we made him promise to send it to him when it was morning in Korea & he remembered or names so that’s good hehe^^ ……

Well that was my experience & WOW it was an amazing day, I just want to thank Ellegirl Japan, SME, EMI Japan, Abbey Roads Studios & most importantly my SHINee boys!! I LOVE YOU SOOOOOO MUCH, what a great showcase, I hope you can come back to the UK and have an SMTOWNLONDON pleaseeee~~~ & I hope you loved our presents and felt our love for you, I’m proud to say to be your fan & I hope you had just as much fun as I did! UK Shawols love you guys so much & I hope you also enjoyed my city and had time to fully enjoy all London has to offer!! ^_____^

I’ll never forget this day and Jonghyun why are you so sweet, thank you so much for performing for us, it meant so much to just hear your voice live. I’m so grateful for this beautiful experience and hope you boys can make more Shawols just as happy as I am right now!
